These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of leadvaultdata.com and any service you order from LeadVault — custom fresh datasets, email list cleaning, managed email campaigns, Trade Desk buyer–seller matching, monthly lead subscriptions, custom data projects, and data strategy consultations. By submitting our survey, placing an order, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

LeadVault sources, verifies, and delivers business contact data and related services on request. Every engagement starts with a free recommendation (typically within 24 hours of your survey submission) describing the data or service we recommend, the expected volume, and the price — nothing is charged until you approve a quote.

Ordering & Payment

• Pricing is quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Custom data projects require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due on delivery.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled; see "Cancellation" below.
• Delivery timelines quoted (e.g. "3–5 days") are estimates based on the complexity of your specification, not guarantees.

Data Quality & Replacement

Every delivery is verified before it reaches you, and comes with our replacement guarantee. Full details — including what qualifies for a replacement and how to request one — are in our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Acceptable Use

LeadVault provides data and campaign services for legitimate B2B outreach only. You agree not to use any dataset or service we provide to:

• Send deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading communications;
• Violate CAN-SPAM, applicable anti-spam laws, or any other law in the jurisdictions you contact;
• Harass, defraud, or knowingly target individuals who have opted out of contact; or
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense a dataset we deliver to you, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to decline any order, or to stop work on an active engagement, that we reasonably believe is intended for a use described above.

License to Delivered Data

When you purchase a dataset from LeadVault, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use it for your own business's outreach, sales, and marketing purposes. Ownership of the underlying data about third-party businesses and individuals is not transferred to you, and the license does not include the right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the dataset itself.

Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and we don't provide partial refunds for time already paid for in that cycle. To cancel, contact us using the details below.

Disclaimers

Data we source reflects information available at the time of verification; individuals and businesses change roles, contact details, and circumstances after delivery, and we can't guarantee results (response rates, conversions, or sales) from any dataset or campaign. Our services are provided "as is," and — other than the express replacement guarantee described in our Refund & Replacement Policy — without other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadVault's total liability arising out of any order or engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our data or services.

Intellectual Property

The leadvaultdata.com website — its design, text, graphics, and the LeadVault name and logo — is owned by LeadVault and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without limiting any consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
